The Forum gig was the only one I attended, but Christ, what a belter! Sparks rediscovering guitars and bass to go with Ron's keyboards and Tammy's wicked drumming? That'll do nicely!

I have to say 10 out of 10, but what was the attendence like in other gigs? I was at Leicester and had trouble getting tickets only to find a quarter of the place was empty that night, but that was great coz I could jump around without disturbing anyone else!!! lol (yes I was the mad one at the back.....and still my voice hasnt recovered!!)

Went to the concert in Gateshead and was absolutely blown away by the performance.

One of the best gigs I've ever seen. 10 / 10 - no problem.

My throat is still sore from (trying to) singing allong with most of that stuff.

Yes, that's true! I knew most of the lyrics (phoneticly at leasy) but I could not keep up with it. When does Russel breathe? In between songs?

I had bruised hands from banging them on the stage, and a sore neck from headbanging!

When does Russell breathe?.... He breathes through his ears?!

Russell is just extremely fit and so doesn't have any problem with cavorting around the stage and singing at the same time. There aren't many younger singers that can do what he does. He is amazing :-)

I only saw Leicester and London gigs live.

So, based on those two I have different perspectives, mainly because of the venues rather than the performance.

A general admission, smoke filled arena(London) is not the same as assigned seating with breathable air. Although it was hard to dance in my seat at Leicester, I could see better. ( I am vertically challenged - lol) Also, there was a more personal air in Leicester because of the size. Tammy was able to lean out and hand a small child her drum sticks as a souvenir inLeicester, but this would have been impossible in London.

But, I believe, what was wanted here was a rating of the band's performance. Soooooo, both shows were very entertaining and that is what it is all about! The audience was enthusiastic at both shows, which energized the group even more. Everyone in the band seemed very much on target with what they were suppose to be doing and when. There really was not much difference in those shows, except for the venue influenece.

Perhaps someone who saw the show in different countries had a bit of a different flavor. The flavor I drank in at both was just fine.
