Lovely morning, I went to gym early come home…set out to walk the dog and a really heavy shower appeared out of nowhere. We sheltered under a tree for about 3 minutes then it turned into beautiful sunshine again…strange weather!

25 C this evening; we got a bit of afternoon rain but not really enough to cut the heat and humidity.

It is SO humid in the northeast US right now, and we are going into another heat wave (90+F/31+C) starting Sunday. Uggh.

My phone app said yesterday evening would be “light showers clearing shortly”
Well it hammered down last night…I’m deleting that app

That’s a “must-do” job as any strong winds will dislodge others.

Perth ( Scotland ) - Sunday 14 July
A Day At The Races
Mostly a glorious Sunny 18 C - but had a spell of about 30 minutes of drizzle.
One winner - 5 losers ( 3 were second )

102F July 17th in Philadelphia PA area. Overnight high winds and an absolute torrential downpour taking out power (at least just briefly for us). The rain was much needed but not all at once!
