Same here? Assumed it was because I gave my work e-mail and security removed the attachment.
Had similar issues as previous posters tried to purchase 1 stalls ticket but had to settle for circle again, not very user friendly site I'm afraid. |
I run my own mail server, so I know it didn't have an attachment when it arrived there.
I have emailed tickets@barbican about it.
I was pleasantly surprised, once the sodding thing loaded, how easy it was. Selected seat, paid for it, spent some time seeing the other seats go... |

They were featured on BBC Watchdog a few months ago along with GetMeIn, after complaints from viewers that after paying extortionate prices, they didn't always receive their tickets. _________________ http://www.facebook.com/#!/profile.php?id=678905447 |

That was mostly because they would advertise tickets on the reseller site, without actually having acquired any from the authorised sites. Once somebody had purchased a ghost ticket from the reseller site, the seller would then try to acquire a real ticket from somewhere, to fulfil the order but sometimes didn't achieve this, hence non-appearance of tickets. The reseller sites should insist that the seller provides a photo of the actual ticket. _________________ Gonna hang myself from my family tree. |

The one I am thinking of was around them selling tickets their own staff had been buying in order to tout in this way. |

"We are aware of a problem with the e-ticket PDF system caused by high volumes of traffic on the website this morning. We have since disabled this ticket option whilst we investigate.
Although we are unable to manually re send the e-ticket PDF, we can certainly send you physical tickets by post, or hold tickets at the box office for you to collect.
Please let us know which option you would prefer, either by replying by email, or by calling the box office on 020 7638 8891." |
