Here in Umeå (where I live) in the northern part of Sweden (about 700 km north of Stockholm) it's snow out.
It has been for about a week or so.
It has been down to around -20 degrees Celius recently(20 degrees below zero).
Now today it's only around -5 degrees Celsius.
Last Saturday it was rather cold and it came much snow and was windy and it wasn't easy to be outside though we did go out to a restaurant and ate (but not ate outside ). |

It is really handy having a real Siberian resident to show our newspaper weather reports up for what they really are....but as was revealed in the Sparks' Confession...Siberians like their ambient room temp to be 26 degrees ;0) ...which is a veritable sauna to a cold-blooded Scotsman |

-6C and winter wonderland since December 1st. Winter came right on time in Lithuania (which happens basically never). I have one wish - that this kind of weather stays until after New Year's. I love this kind of winter. |
