Gerry Rafferty Remembered on BBC2 Scotland - highlights of the concert celebrating his life and music. Great songs indeed. |

It's listed as a single on Fox's Wiki page.
It probably doesn't sound like Fox because Noosha had left the band long before then. _________________ Gonna hang myself from my family tree. |

Just came across Elke Brooks singing "Nights in White Satin". I'd no idea she'd covered this. Mixed feelings about this. The original is so amazing that it couldn't be bettered which this 80s effort proves beyond a doubt. However, its a great vocal performance which, unbelievably, is actually more akin to how astounding she sounds at a live gig than is picked up on record. Good news is she's touring some nice theatres up and down the UK, and there's more wholly impressive stuff that normally make up her set.

Aly Bain's Transatlantic Sessions on BBC4. Alison Krauss among other talents featuring. Music loosely categorised as folk but there's a fine range of stuff from different place. Programme being wall to wall good music, nothing else, is a very mellow way to enjoy a Friday evening. |
