I was in a black and white stripey top near the front, and I took some photos.
Here's a link http://www.flickr.com/photos/theuntrainedeye/sets/72157605615095509/
Here's a preview
I've also got some video footage, but I can't put that up until I get home and convert it to something much smaller in size. If I put it up now it will take a week to upload to Youtubes. _________________ I like work: it fascinates me. I can sit and look at it for hours.

I am using a Canon Powershot G9, shooting in RAW mode which is basically uncompressed files of about 10-12mb in which you can play with things after you take the photos like white balance and exposure. Means I can shoot a little darker to reduce camera shake. _________________ I like work: it fascinates me. I can sit and look at it for hours.

Thanks. It's a Powershot A700 I've got at the moment. Think I need to sort out my settings. I'm getting pretty grainy shots compared to yours.
What ISO etc, if you don't mind me asking? _________________ Photoshop you into my life

ISO was at automatic to begin with which is generally 80, cranked it to 200 later in the show and photos began to get a bit grainier. The camera goes up toi 1600ISO which is probably wayyyyyyy to much for anyone. _________________ I like work: it fascinates me. I can sit and look at it for hours.

Great picture so much beter than the ones of my k800i celphone...that one only makes nice photos at daylight if you have a steady hand.
I loved the one of Russell looking upstairs, i think it was made during Get in the Swing (hello, up there) pause? _________________ "Somebody's been putting pineapple juice in my pineapple juice!"

Thanks. Must be a much better lens than is on my model to get sufficient light in at ISOs that low.
Thinking of getting a second hand Nikon D40 soon.
Sorry for taking this off-topic, I'm done. _________________ Photoshop you into my life

Me neither! Brilliant pictures, FK!
(I took mine on my k8ooi, not bad for a mobile phone, but kicking myself now that I didn't steal my boyfriend's camera... ) _________________ - My word, she's from Germany - |

Truly great photos! Thanks for posting. I was in front of you that night. You expressed deep pleasure at finding yourself behind someone so short and I suggested we might all contract TB and/or cold sores from the plastic cup of water the entire audience was sharing. Hasn't happened to me yet anyway....
Really nice to see you're on here and sharing the gift of your well trained eye ;) _________________

Yeah, really superb photos flamingkitties (you should consider becoming a professional gig photographer, lol). I love the photos of Russell with the pregnant Ronettes, lol. _________________ "I hope it's just your laugh that is infectious."
