I think due to the nature of the show, Batteries Not Included wouldn't go amiss!

Wonder Girl as a stripped-down track should be interesting....we can but wish.

Great post Pim Derks.
I discovered you missed only one album ("Balls").
How about "The Calm Before The Storm" from that album.

What about something from "Sparks In Outer Space" and only one from "Angst In My Pants"?

"Angst In My Pants" plus "Eaten By The Monster Of Love" makes two tracks from the "Angst In My Pants" album.

If I'm to choose only one album by Sparks that they would perform live entirely I think I would choose "Indiscreet".

Great melodies that suits well to perform by Ron & Russell "two hands one mouth style" I think.

For its diversity of tracks, I think Sparksswede's suggestion of "Indiscreet" to be just about perfect. That is if one had to choose an entire album.

Sparksswede, could you describe what you think the "Two Hands One Mouth" style would entail?

Thanks!
With "Two hands one mouth style" I meant "only" Ron on keyboards and Russell on vocals ( as the upcoming tour)and if I would pick only one entire album to be performed with only Ron's keyboard and Russell's vocals I would pick "Indiscreet".

I spontaniously come to think of that album because of the diversity of the songs there and the melodies and thought that in particular that album would suite fine with that concept only keyboards and vocals.
Not to say that only "indiscreet" and the songs from that album would do and in all it's much diversity throughout the Sparks entire cataloge of songs.

In reality I hope they will not do the entire "indiscreet" in the upcoming tour.
I think it would be better if they do songs from different albums and not one album from track one to the last track on that album in the upcoming "Two hands one mouth" tour but ofcourse I'm not in charge of Sparks ..

Just imagine if you were in charge of Sparks.

Will you and your good lady be in attendance on June 13th?

I don't think I would like to be in charge of Sparks.
One of all good things about Sparks is that they're in charge of themselves (atleast I hope so) and that what they do comes from their own will and so far almost everything they have done have been great I think.
Not everything though.
I guess almost everything they have done can be appreciated by atleast someone.

I don't think my good lady and I can afford that at this moment.
It's a bit more expensive I guess than to go to Stockholm and back (not go by feet though )
Haven't booked tickets and I guess too late now anyway for June 13Th.
Maybe not too late yet for the Octobergigs in GB but we hope for Sparks in Sweden and I got the expression it can be soon but not sure but if they get to Sweden I don't know what would keep us from going there to see/hear Sparks.

Also I have a friend in Stockholm (Tumba to be exact..a suburb to Stockholm) that got in to Sparks big time after I have shown Sparksmusic to him 2005 (when he was living here in Umeå) and we 2 was at Sparks at Södra teatern 2 dates in 2006 and it was GREAT.
He will be there aswell if Sparks will.
His dad was at Sparks in Stockholm 1975.

.... following the live performance, just boldly reaffirming how I'd love Gemma Ray to be special guest on a couple of songs...

Hmm, I'm unsure whether an appearance from Gemma Ray would compromise the entire premise of the show. That being a performance featuring only Ron and Russell on stage.

That would be great.
It did say that they will perform songs from their repertoir so far (or something like that) but if they anyway will perform new songs or some new songs + older ones that would be great I think.
