NB there are no plans at the moment for this book to be sold in regular stores
Also....this is the first time that Ron and Russell have felt inspired to be involved with a book - many people have approached them with ideas for biographies etc but they liked the sensibilities of the thinking behind this book and were extraordinarily involved in its compilation - including the provision of personal photographs and memorabilia |
